If your charges arise in Prince George, I can arrange to attend Court on your behalf on your scheduled Initial Appearance date and personally collect the particulars of the case the Crown alleges against you.

Once I have reviewed the material in support of the charges against you, I will conduct an initial assessment of your case and provide my opinion without charge to you.

If your charges arise anywhere in Northern British Columbia, contact me directly so that you can get the facts you need about proceeding with your defence.

If you have not been charged, but are under investigation for a criminal offence, talk to me before you talk to the police.
